We understand that plans change. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost for future bookings.

Yes, we provide complimentary consultations before all chemical services and significant style changes. For complex color corrections or transformations, we may recommend a separate consultation appointment prior to booking the service.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and mobile payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer gift cards which can be purchased in-salon or online.
